Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited in all College facilities. The term "facilities"
includes College vehicles, classrooms, hallways, lavatories, meeting rooms,
theaters, conference rooms, storerooms, workrooms, lobbies, dining halls,
recreation rooms, club rooms, gymnasiums, athletic courts, locker rooms,
work spaces, and all other indoor areas under the supervision of the College.
Complaints about noncompliance should be taken to the supervisor of the
building in which the alleged noncompliance occurred. The chief tools for
effecting compliance with this policy must be moral persuasion and the sense
of obligation that citizens of a community feel to honor the rules and standards
of the community.
